This is a holiday in-house competition. It is a 4 person team event limited to CrossFit Hays members only. There will be multiple events that you can elect one person from your team to compete in. For those who are interested in volunteering, there will be a sign up sheet at the gym. All team members must compete in at least one event. The events will be announced the night of the competition.
